CROCK POT CHICKEN CAESAR SANDWICHES

Enjoy a fresh and delicious chicken sandwich without relying on fast food or takeout. This recipe comes together easily without much prep on your part! Serve your shredded Caesar chicken on a toasted bun with romaine lettuce or tomato. If you’re not a carb lover, spoon it into some lettuce wraps for a healthier option!

Ingredients:


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • ½ cup water

Directions:

Place the chicken breasts and ½ cup of water in the crock pot. Let cook on low for 3-4 hours. Once finished, remove chicken breasts and shred. Drain liquid from the crock pot. Return the chicken to the crock pot and add the remaining ingredients. Mix and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes.
