Quick Creamy Corn

Quick Creamy Corn

2 tsp butter
½ cup each finely chopped green and red peppers
1 pkg 16oz frozen corn, thawed
½ cup(1/2 of 80z tub) Philadelphia Chive and Onion cream cheese spread
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
2. Stir in peppers. Stir until heated through.
3. Stir in corn until heated through
4. Add cream cheese spread; stir until melted.
5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and serve.
