Black magic cake

1 3/4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa ( Hersheys )
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

2 eggs
1 cup strong black coffee
1 cup sour milk - 1 tbsp vinegar + milk to make 1 cup sour milk.  Let sit for 5 min.
1/2 cup veg. oil
1 tsp vanilla

Combine dry ingredients and eggs, coffee, milk, oil, and vanilla

Beat at medium speed fro 2 min. Batter will be thin

pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan or 2 9 in. rounds

bake at 350 dgrees for 35-40 min. 30-35 min for the rounds.
