ORANGE CHICKEN - CROCK POT

This orange chicken is delicious and under $10! The dish comes together fast, so you don’t have to spend hours around the stove. Serve the chicken over fried rice, in a stir fry, or mixed into noodles for a perfect dinner or lunch!

Ingredients:
  • 4 – 5 Boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
  • 3/4 cup Smuckers Sweet Orange Marmalade
  • 3/4 cup of Sweet Baby Ray’s Original BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
Directions:

Cook the chicken breasts on high for 3 hours. Drain the juices. You can leave the chicken whole or shred or dice it. Mix the orange marmalade, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce together. Pour the mixture over the chicken and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
